Our standard lease term is 12 months. Shorter lease terms, as brief as 3 months, may be available based on apartment availability and lease expiration dates. Additional short-term lease fees apply.
Yes. Select short-term lease options starting at 3 months may be available, subject to availability and additional fees. Month-to-month leasing may be available after the initial lease term.
Residents wishing to terminate their lease early are required to provide 60 days’ written notice and pay an early termination fee equal to two months’ rent, in accordance with the lease agreement.
Move-in costs typically include the application fee, security deposit, certificate of occupancy fee, and any applicable pet fees. Your leasing consultant will provide a detailed breakdown of all move-in costs before lease signing.
Yes. The standard security deposit is one and one-half months’ rent, unless a promotional offer or approved credit program provides otherwise. Security deposits are refundable, less any applicable deductions, and are typically returned within 30 days after move-out following the final apartment inspection.
Yes! We welcome both cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per apartment.

A $250 one-time pet fee per pet is due at move-in, along with $50 monthly pet rent per pet.
Residents have access to seven on-site parking lots at no additional cost. Private garages are also available for rent starting at $99 per month, subject to availability.
